It is a former water-pump station on the territory of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre.
It has been opposing the governments attacks for more then 20 years.
Otherwise the All-Russia Exhibition Centre is gradually plunging in to cultural chaos.
.
The whole set of pictures had been painted illegally in the summer of 2001 and every time the passersby having found out the main idea of the painting always approved me.
I also wanted to participate in some graffiti fests with these kind of paintings, but failed to because of the Political implication.
